Proteger el planeta

Para avanzar en los objetivos globales en materia de clima y naturaleza, así como abordar el ""trilema energético"" de garantizar un suministro de energía asequible, segura y sostenible, es fundamental establecer alianzas innovadoras y entablar un diálogo que favorezcan las inversiones y el desarrollo de tecnologías limpias y respetuosas con el clima. Según la Agencia Internacional de la Energía, con la tecnología disponible en el mercado podemos conseguir un 66 % de las reducciones de emisiones globales necesarias para lograr las cero emisiones netas en 2050. Este porcentaje es muy superior al de hace dos años, pero todavía queda mucho trabajo por hacer. Es necesario aumentar las aspiraciones, la gobernanza, las alianzas y el capital a fin de acelerar las medidas de descarbonización para alcanzar las cero emisiones netas, invertir en itinerarios de transición positivos para la naturaleza y garantizar la circulad y la resiliencia de los sistemas de recursos. ¿Cómo podemos impulsar la acción climática y de protección de la naturaleza mediante alianzas innovadoras, mayor financiación y el despliegue de tecnologías de frontera?
